Shipping Policies
We ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is also available on most products. Call 1-800-497-3113 (M-F from 8-5 PST) and ask for your Sales Representative or Customer Service for details.

Carriers will be chosen depending on item characteristics such as weights and size. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless previous arrangements or contracts are in place. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice total. Andwin will ship Collect upon request

Andwin will ship via any carrier requested however requesting a carrier that Andwin doesn’t currently work with may delay the order. Andwin uses all major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL/Airborne for ground services plus all major LTL carriers such as Stevens Global, Roadway, Overnite, Bullet Freight etc.
Products may ship from various locations at the discretion of Andwin.

Note: Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air “Rush” Shipment are available, these orders have to be placed before 1 PM PST to allow for picking and packaging.

Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the original packaging.

Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc., until you are sure you want to keep the products. Keep your packing slips for future reference.

Returning Merchandise
If there are any problems with your order and it is necessary to return merchandise, please follow the instructions below.

Should you need to return merchandise please notify our customer service department at 1-800-497-3113 (M-F from 8-5 PST) and request a return authorization number and address to ship the product to.

Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging including all packaging materials, such as instruction manuals, inserts, bags, cables, connectors and the original blank warranty card.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.


Products which are defective at time of receipt by customer and products not supplied in accordance with Customer’s written specifications will receive full credit.  Products ordered in error will receive partial credit (unless identified below as not acceptable for credit) and will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and/or a handling charge.Returns and credits will not be accepted for the following products: products which have been discontinued, products which are personalized or customized, non-stock items supplied to and/or inventoried for Customer as an accommodation, products which are outdated, shelf-worn, used or defaced, sterile, or reagents which have been opened.  Andwin will also not accept returns of any chemicals or refrigerated / perishable items.
Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item's manufacturer or supplier.

If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier.

When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused.

Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.

All returns will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge, if accepted. For any questions about a return, please contact customer service at 1-800-497-3113 (M-F from 8-5 PST).

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  Andwin also accepts wire transfers.  For details, contact our customer service group at 1800-497-3113.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number. Our secure server, which encrypts credit card information you send, ensures that your personal information is safe and secure.

Purchase Orders & Credit Terms

Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all applicable orders. If you are tax exempt, provide your tax exemption number when you register.
